More about the producers:
The site can be found in the East of Hungary. This location is ideal for migratory beekeeping.
The center of their bee-keeping site is in the middle of a more than 6000 hectare big acacia forest. Therefore they can assure that they produce a 100% pure honey free of environmental deflecting force. Besides this, they migrate to rape, sunflower, wild-tobacco and on occasions to amor-acacia cultures. The company has been certificated ORGANIC, therefore the honey produced by their bees from acacia, wild-tobacco, amor-acacia and spring-mix has also got an Organic certificate.
Currently, the apiary manage nearly 500 to 800 bee families, with an annual total production of over 80 tons of different honey products. They have optimized honey extraction with an automated frame with folding and rolling lines.
In addition, they also migrate to rapeseed, sunflower, wild tobacco and, occasionally, acacia plant cultivars. Our apiary is classified as “Organic” (BIO) in the European Union, so beetles, wild tobacco, horned acacia and spring mixed fruits are produced by us and bees with BIO certification.
The quality of honey is determined not only by the bee’s expertise, but also by several factors that depend primarily on the bee-keeper, such as production technology, honey type, beekeepers expertise, skill, fitting, proper use of beehives, the status of bee families. This complex bee-beekeeper relationship gives the pure natural treasure that is called honey.
We consistently and strictly comply with the “Organic” and traditional technologies that guarantee the most valuable and healthiest honey production.
